So, the first night of the schedule went well, I fell asleep and woke up almost exactly on schedule... and feel pretty good today. Due to some things that I need to be awake for... I'm changing the schedule so that the phase will be delayed by a 3-hour increment each day. At first, I thought the 2 hour increment would be easier for me, but all of the literature refers to 3-hour increments, so I think I'll be able to pull it off. Fortunately, I don't have to actually do anything productive from Thursday through Sunday, so if I'm a little bit sleepy towards the last 3 hours of each day, it won't be too bad. Updated spreadsheet here, updated schedule here:

Wed: Sleep 4am - 12pm
Thu: Sleep 7am - 3pm
Fri: Sleep 10am - 6pm
Sat: Sleep 1pm - 9pm
Sun: Sleep 4pm - 12am
Mon: Sleep 7pm - 3am
Tue: Sleep 10pm - 6am</font>

Okay... so anyone who read this entry knows that I have been way out of whack when it comes to my sleep patterns... and have been considering Chronotherapy as a method to correct my delayed sleep phase by delaying it more and more each night until it's nearly a full day behind... in effect, advancing it's position in the 24 hour day. It should be an interesting experiment and I really think that if I stick to it, I can make it work.... so I'm using the fact that I have a bunch of days off for Thanksgiving to give it a go. I made a complete Excel spreadsheet to chart it out, and posted it online here (Use IE, it doesn't work right in other browswers... [grumble]).

Oh, by the way [info]bostonmovietime was very cool last night... [info]countlibras hosted [info]joyfulkel, [info]tendertalons, [info]phatmike, and I, and we watched 7th Street, a great documentary about 7th St in the East Village of NYC. A good time was had by all (I hate that phrase, why did I just use it?)
